The fact that there’s human hair in bread is just one reason to stop eating white bread. Just stop it. You don’t need white bread in your diet at all.
I should be clear: I haven’t always felt this way about bread.
When I was younger, I used to eat 6 (yes, six) slices of white bread with virtually every meal I ate. In the spirit of being honest: I’ve even eaten pizza on bread & butter. There wasn’t enough white bread in the World to fill my
little chubby cheeks.
3 reasons why you should scrap the white bread from today :-
- The flour that the manufacturers use to make white bread has to be heavily bleached to achieve the level of whiteness. Fuck eating bleach. Ain’t nobody got time fo’dat.
- White bread will have a negative effect on your weight-loss efforts. If you’re trying to lose weight, bread will throw a spanner into your brilliant plans due to the high carbohydrate content. This isn’t just white bread, though.
- WHITE BREAD CONTAINS HUMAN HAIR. Yes, you read that right. Human hair. L-Cysteine – an amino acid that manufacturers use to prolong the life of their products comes from, you guessed it, human hair. Most of the L-Cysteine used in this country (and the rest of the western world) comes from China, where it is kindly gathered up in hair salons and barbershops. So there you have it, if you’ve ever wondered if there’s human hair in bread, now you know. Yummy.
